Telephone Department


Telephone Department Home Page

The Telephone Department of the University of KwaZulu-Natal provides the telephone requirements for all campuses.

A fee or rental is charged for all services and this income is used to run the department and maintain / replace all the equipment in much the same manner as Telkom.

Calls are charged for at cost and we utilise a variety of services in order to minimise the call costs. Accounts are sent out each month and further details can be obtained by users with valid LAN accounts; call logs can be searched over the previous 12 months.
